Reflexology is a form of holistic therapy based on the knowledge that there are points on the feet and hands representing each organ, system and structure of the body. When I work the reflexes on your feet, I detect and treat imbalances in the body tissues and systems. This restores balance and well being to the body, and promotes the body’s natural healing efforts.

As a healing therapy, reflexology is a non-invasive treatment and you only need to remove your socks. I have been amazed by the results that clients report after my foot reflexology treatments and have noted the profound effect it has on the body and mind and as a treatment for depression.
